Apex Home Investors was founded in 2019 to identify off market opportunities that would ultimately provide quality, safe, and affordable housing within the Southeastern region.
Our real estate portfolio consists primarily of recently renovated single family properties that offer our residents a place they can be proud to call home. We focus on providing quality housing to families making 80% or below of the area media income, and we take pride in what we do.
